Capture Your Heart Paintings

I am a self-taught artist in acrylic paints. Specializing in capturing your critters and their uniqueness. I started drawing at an early age and in 2005 decided to dabble in painting. I have been learning new techniques and challenging myself over the years and have expanded my horizons into painting people. 

I live near Spokane, Wa on several acres with my horses, dogs and cats. I have also been showing and raising Bernese Mtn Dogs since 2000. I feel that this has helped me in my knowledge of structure and movement, s well as being able to read expressions in the face and body. 

Most of my commissioned pieces have been for gifts for loved ones, including Birthdays, Anniversaries and Christmas. Depending on the piece, I usually take 1-3 wks to complete each piece and get them mailed out.
